Terms & Conditions
We ask that you read our following Terms & Conditions. All bookings are subject to them.

i) A booking is made once a deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Paying a deposit constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. 

ii) The amount of the deposit will be variable according to the type of event booked, and we reserve the right to alter the amount of deposit required.

iii) According to the type of event required, and other factors such as location, we will outline to you the price of the event as a total amount. We reserve the right to alter the amount required. Normally, we will require the outstanding amount due ( i.e the total amount minus the deposit ) on the day of the event.

iv) Should you need to alter the date of the event, providing more than 3 months notice is given before the event date, we will work with you to provide the Timewarp Golf experience on a mutually agreeable alternative date.

v) Should you wish to cancel an event, and the services of Timewarp Golf no longer be required, providing notice is given more than 3 calendar months before the event date, no further monies apart from the non-refundable deposit will be due. If notice is given less than 3 calendar months before the event date, the outstanding balance ( i.e the total amount minus the deposit ) will be due, and payable within 1 month of notice being served, unless an alternative date can be agreed upon, not being more than 3 calendar months later than the original event date. 

vi) If we have to cancel or alter the date of an event for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. We regret that in these circumstances we cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience, but we will work with you to agree upon another mutually suitable date for the event.

vii) All breakages of vintage equipment is at the risk of Timewarp Golf, however, all players participate at their own risk, and any damage they may cause to persons or property is at their own risk, and they further indemnify Timewarp Golf against claims for losses or damage caused. We expect all participants to make their own insurance arrangements, as they feel is required.  

viii) We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time without reference to customers. The terms and conditions shown on our website represent the current terms and conditions in force.
